Heal Your Relationship By Looking Within
Heal Your Relationship By Looking Within is a 10-module program rooted in the belief that lasting relationship change begins within YOU. Designed to strengthen communication, emotional awareness, and relational safety, this program guides participants through a structured inner exploration using targeted worksheets in every module. Through reflective tools such as the Relationship Mirror, Emotional Responsibility, and Trigger Awareness worksheets, participants learn how personal patterns, attachment styles, and communication origins shape their interactions.
