Stop Having a Victim Mindset

Overview
Curriculum

Stop Having a Victim Mindset is a transformational, 10-module course designed to help participants identify, understand, and release unconscious victim patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of blame, powerlessness, and emotional reactivity. The course blends deep self-reflection with practical mindset shifts. Each module is supported by a targeted worksheet—exploring the origins of the victim mindset, emotional payoffs, disempowering language, responsibility versus blame, identity shifts, boundaries, and empowered action—allowing participants to move from awareness into lasting behavioral change.
